Project Overview

This property was converted from a once overgrown and deteriorated residential homes to the eye of Seminole.  Eleven new home subdivision was created for new homeowners. Previous underground utilities were located and marked and excavated.  Completed tree and shrub removal, demolition of several old existing homes was completed with all debris being removed from the site. The site was balanced and made ready to build on by importing fill to the site. Retention ponds were excavated, and storm structures were set in place for proper drainage.  Water, sewer, landscaping, sidewalks, and sods were completed to turn this into beautiful neighborhood.
